Batteries are dead for the third time, cameras offline

Hello, I would like to return my Arlo system for a refund. I have already spend $100 on batteries and have gone through all trouble shooting steps. My batteries are dead again and I will not once again reset the system, change the batteries on all 5 cameras and resync the cameras only for me to have to repeat the process once again when the base station goes "offline" again. I would then need to travel to my mothers house and repeat this process. This will be the third time I do this and I just don't want to do it anymore. Any help would be appreciated.

The only refunds are through the store you bought from. However, you do have a warranty which you can invoke by opening a case with support here. You can also provide details such as what you've tried and what you see here - we may be able to help. STart with what the LEDs on the base are showing and what signal strength the cameras have.
