I'm having issues on arlos side with payment acceptance. The super when I could talk to them said they were gonna escalate after a bunch of crap and get back with me and never did. Now I don't have a subscription even though I've been pulling teeth trying to pay and now story won't even talk to me because I haven't paid this is bs... I need contact with a person who knows what the heck is going on. I've spent thousands on your products and I'm pissed. Please reach out to me to resolve this issue

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
