Pink tint

Cameras turn pink tint regularly.  Have read the forums and taken batteries out and put back in.  Sometimes it works, other times I have to remove the camera and then reconnect it.

 

would like solution that is permanent rather than having to do this regularly.  If not would need to replace.

 

let me know

This is the Q Plus section. The Q cameras don't use the IR filter.

You apparently have the original wireless cameras. Open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.

Get it replaced. Either take it back to where you got it from or contact support below to open a ticket. It seems a pretty common fault where the IR filter gets stuck

I've had this problem and found that removing batteries for approximately 20 minutes then reinstall them corrected it for me. I had removed the batteries then replaced them without waiting longer did nothing.
