Hello,

I just had ny cameras installed and one of the four cameras records everything in pink and red contrast.  I read all the other posts for tips and have tried them all....still no change.  The lther three cameas record in perfect color.  Please help!

If you already reset the camera by opening the battery door ( 3 sec ) and closing AND camera still goes back to pink/red only then contact Netgear re a possible replacement

Same problem here. This camera is in my vacation home 1000 miles away. I can't fly there to simply open and close a camera. Please get it together Netgear!!! Find a solution fast before customers start returning your junk in droves!

I am having the same issue as mnay of the others here....I have purchase 2 cameras...1 is fine but the other records in Pink contrast. Night recording is fine. I have tried all mentioned methods to correct with no success.

I hade the exact same problem on the 3 of dec during daylight.

 

On the next day (today) it was fine again.

It fixed it self, I didn't try any solution.

wow. Arlo needs to come up with a better system. If you speak to a customer service agent on the phone. You will hear all of the excuses in the world. A complete waste of money, time and energy

Same issue for me again.  😕

 

 

First time was at 3 dec during daylight.

 

4 dec it was fine again, without any action from me.

5 dec the problem came back, picture was red during the hole day (daylight).

6 dec it was fine again.

7 dec, red picture during daylight. 

Today 8 dec it is fine again and no action taken by me.

 

What's happening?

I had this on one of my outside cameras yesterday!

A 3 sec reset got rid of it but I really hope this is something fixable with a firmware update. The wireless convenience of these thing will be overshadowed if I have to keep periodically resetting.

 

Bought the system 2 weeks ago

we installed the until about six days ago.  Today one of the cameras is producing pink video. What happened and how do I correct it.  Looking on line it looks like others have had this issue.  Several responses say the individual will be contacted personally.  That does not help me.  Please advise.  One person said they reset their camera - how do I do that?

Take out your batteries on this camera for several seconds and then put your batteries back in the camera. Hopefully this will help. Arlo needs accountabilty. The level 2 people at the company does nothing

The PMs are apparently just a note to submit a trouble ticket which you can do yourself.

Can someone from arlo support contact me so I can begin the RMA process one of my cameras is now showing this red screen the other 3 are fine.
