 I need some help on resolving the issue of the picture being red during daytime viewing. I have replaced the batteries and also rebooted the device.

Open and close the battery door to reset camera...test.

 

If it is still happening or comes back, contact Netgear Support... it's nothing you can fix

And if your Arlo does NOT have a battery (Arlo Q)?????

Then you may have a hardware issue.  Haven't heard of a Q with a red tint.  Open a case with support.  A camera reset may or may not be useful.
