Phone and PC do not detect pase unit VMB3000

One of our accounts recognizes the base unit and works fine.  We are trying to set up a second account.  The account set-up worked but it does not recognize the base unit.  Sharing between the first account and second one doesn't work either.

Is the second account a guest account set up through Settings, Grant Access?  Exactly what are you (not) seeing when logging in using the invited account?
