I have some questions before buying a plan, but I have to be honest.  Im already ridiculously disappointed.   I have been an Arlo fan for quite some time.  I’ve invested in sevral cameras,   but suddenly I am NOT able to see any recordings without purchasing a plan.   Now I am interested in talking to someone because I have questions around recording 24/7 with battery cameras, and there is no option for phone support.  

 

How do I connect with someone to help me choose the right plan??

    Only the older (Pro 2 and older) cameras have the free plan. Since 2018 all new cameras require a subscription.

     

    As for 24/7 recording, do you mean recording when motion is detected or always recording? There's a CVR (continuous video recording) subscription but that requires the cameras to be plugged in since the batteries would go flat very quickly.

     

    You can check your subscriptions via Settings, Home, Plan or go to Arlo.com and select Security Plans to help make a decision.
