You need a subscription for phone support.  You go into the support area of the app, and scroll down to the contact section.  You'll find phone support there.  It is available from 6 am to 6 pm US pacific time.

Hey SB, is there a reason you did not post the phone number for support?  I see a lot of people asking to talk to staff for help.

There isn't one that can be posted.  Arlo only provides phone support through the app.

 

Note I don't work for Arlo, so I don't have any access to any internal phone numbers.
