Payment processing issues

I keep receiving emails saying that they are having problems processing my payment. I have updated my card details but keep receiving emails saying that payment cannot be processed. I emailed customer support but didn't hear back. Today my plan was cancelled. I can't find a contact number or any other method of communication to speak to anyone. My card details are correct & there is no problem with funds. This is extremely frustrating and time consuming. Can anyone offer any advice please?
