I keep receiving emails saying that they are having problems processing my payment. I have updated my card details but keep receiving emails saying that payment cannot be processed. I emailed customer support but didn't hear back. Today my plan was cancelled. I can't find a contact number or any other method of communication to speak to anyone. My card details are correct & there is no problem with funds. This is extremely frustrating and time consuming. Can anyone offer any advice please?

I’m having issues speaking with a live agent. No phone number to call. I’ve been charged $14.95 x 3=$32.85 total. I tried to Un suspend my account with an agent and was told since I didn’t have a plan the charges wouldn’t go through and they did go through. So please refund my money. Thanks I’ve been trying for hours to resolve this issue

I am also having this problem and just got the email stating I have 2 days to fix it. I’ve tried using other cards and still nothing. Then I came across this thread. Has anyone had it resolved?
