Hi,

 

The last few days I have been trying to reset my password to my account for the video doorbell app. The message I got was the there was a data breach so my password needed to be changed. I clicked on forgot password link and i haven't received a link. I have checked my junk folder and I know I the email address is correct.

From whom did you receive that message?

 

Are you saying that you cannot log into the account using your old password?

I was able to get in using my original password. The only issue is that it the app cannot find the the doorbell. I reset it a few times but it's not finding it.

It looks like your doorbell is now set up, is everything working as expected?

The only issue is my Arlo Smart subscription plan is not showing up on the app and so I can't view any feeds or use any features. I've had the plan since February 2021 and am still paying it now.
