Password issue - Unable to log on

Members,

 

I have an issue trying to log on to my Arlo account. I set up the base and camera tonight and the computer recognizes it. I log off and try to log back into the Arlo.Netgear site and I get a message that states "the system cannot find my email addrees in our system". So I figure, maybe I either entered the email or password in wrong. So I went to the link that resets it. I get an email and reset the password. I then go back to the Arlo logon page and get the same message that no email is in the system.

I tried this both on the Windows PC as well as on the Android App.

 

Any ideas what can be the problem?

Duh on me. Seems I had to reboot both my PC and phone. I then got the account confirmation email and everything is working fine.

Mods, you can delete the thread if need be.

 

BTW, So far I am loving the system.
