Password & User ID Don't Match Error

User ID and password don't match. I tried a dozen times. I absolutely am positive I have them correct. I surrender and do a password reset. I am assuming that somehow my password got changed so I reenter my same I'D and password. Message says I can't use my old password. Are you nuts?

Can you try and log in from a different device using your last know valid credentials?
