Password For Arlo Suddenly Created An Error Message

My Arlo system (VMB3000, with 3 first-generation Arlo cameras) has previously been accessible on my Samsung S8 via a fingerprint or password. Several months ago I also installed an Orbi mesh system, using a separate password that I recently changed.  After working on it all day, PROBLEM SOLVED:  It seems that Netgear now uses a single password for all its products, so the change for Orbi was transferred as well to Arlo without prior warning.
