Base State not powering on after Firmware update

I am setting up my Arlo Pro system for the first time. After connecting everything and syncing the cameras I got a prompt to update the firmware. I clicked yes and left the system sitting for a few hours.

 

I went later to start mounting the cameras and it states the base station is offline. I went and looked at it and all the lights are off. I unplugged it, powered it on and off, and tried moving it to different electrical outlets but nothing. None of the lights come on, nothing happens. Any ideas?

Sounds like either the power supply or the base died an unnatural death. Swap at the store or open a case with support here.
