PRO4 removed device now my 30 days of video are gone also. Any recovery option?

I had 30 days of video stored in my cloud. I removed the camera to reconnect it to a different network etc. Upon looking at the library all the video for that particular camera is gone. There was no prompt stating the video footage would be removed. Especially considering I pay to store that footage.
