 P.S. I have also tried switching from ALL MOTION ON to "ARMED"...still no remedy!

Sounds like you're using a browser. Clearing the cache worked for me.

Needhelpplz,

 

Clearing your browser cache as described above should solve this issue, please let us know if you are still experiencing this after having cleared your browser cache.
