Overcharged for months

I have been overcharged for several months and found it impossible to find out how to contact a non bot to get this resolved so have resorted to this public forum. 
Can anyone advise?

If you have a subscription, then the support center in the app include a phone contact as well as chat.  You can use that.

 

If the problem is that you are being billed but the account doesn't show that you have a subscription, then post back and the mods can create a support ticket on your behalf.
