Only one camera out of 10 is recording and detecting motion. Tried resetting and removing.

I have 2 base stations at my home and only one camera is recording and detecting motion.  I have a total of 10 cameras and I'm able to live stream all cameras.  Ive reset the base station, deleted and re -add all cameras, test internet connection, and unplug on of the base stations. Nothing has fixed the  problem . I've tried to send and email to arolo support but it would not recognize my login credentials.    I'm about to just send this cameras back because they are useless right now.   
Has anyone had this issue before?  What are some solutions?

What mode is in use? Try the Armed mode for all bases to test.
