One system stuck on getting status

I have 2 Arlo systems.   One of them has always been in Getting status on my android mobile device.    One system does not have that problem from the same devide.   When I log in from my PC, I do not have the problem.  I should not be the APP or mobile devide, becaude one system is working.    It should not be the base station or 3 cameras, because I do not have the problem from my PC.

Consider rebooting the base station (press the on-off button on the back of the base station). Allow it to come back online with a solid green internet LED and check your app again to see if you still experience the same issue.
