One of my two cameras offline and will not sync

Had these two cameras for about a year. One of the two cameras started continually showing as offline and the other works fine. I've used multiple combinations of new batteries with no luck. I've tried to sync but usually just blinks blue but once in a while blinks rapid amber. I've unplugged base station. I also just removed the bad camera and attempted to sync. That dis not work either. Thoughts? Might be that camera just is bad but the blue light at least indicates it has power.

It does sound like a bad camera. Use the Contact Support link at the bottom here and then again on the new page to open a case. That's the only way to get faulty hardware replaced.
