I tried replacing the batteries, but only got a constant blinking blue light (for 15 minutes). So I removed the device under Settings, and then used the Arlo App to try and reconnect the device. The blue blinking light continued throughout this effort and the App stated 'Unable to detect Arlo device'. Tried it a couple of times but was unable to get this camera to be detected. The other two cameras I have are working fine.

 

Has anyone experienced this?

Sounds like a hardware issue. Open a case with support:

Yes thanks, will do that as I've tried everything else. Does not speak too well about the reliability of these cameras, unfortunately.

Any device can fail at any particular time. A sample of one or two isn't enough to validate reliability. I have quite a collection and have had very few hardware problems.
