One of my cameras doesn't work so I hit reset button but none of my cameras can sync. Help?

I couldn’t get one of my cameras to work, and when I searched a solution online it said hit the reset button, so I did.  Now neither of my cameras will sync to the station and the online suggestion of going to the startup on my app is not possible.  There is no startup offered.  I don’t want to lose my info for my devices. Any ideas?  I need my 2 cameras back on and synced.    Thanks!

Have you tried resyncing the cameras from the web app?

 

Not sure what you mean by "startup on the app".
