I don't find a model or version number on any of the installed equipment.

I bought a 4 camera set that came with a base station.

Everything was working for a couple weeks.

Then, one camera just stopped working.

All the other batteries still have 80% or more battery life left, so it shouldn't be a battery problem.

No lights come on the camera at all, and nothing happens when I try to resynch it.

Did I get bad batteries and should I try replacing them first (they're expensive!)?

What do I need to do to get the camera working again?

Never say never.  It's highly likely the batteries are dead.  Step one is to always try a fresh set or swap using batteries from a working camera.

The number of minutes of recording and live viewing is a common issue.  Spec useage is for ~4 minutes per day to get 4-6 month life. The WiFi connection between the base and camera is another power hog - if the camera is struggling to maintain the connection, batteries will drain quickly.  Swap cameras around (after replacing the batteries) to see if the location or the camera that's the problem.  Make sure the WiFi percentage is as high as possible which may require moving the camera and/or base, perhaps a lot or maybe just a few inches.
