One of 4 cameras will not connect to internet. Tried resetting, changing batteries, etc.

I have 4 cameras. 3 of them are fine. 1 will NOT connect to the internet. I have tried resetting it, resetting the base, changing the batteries, etc. does anybody know how to fix this?

I tried to contact support, but the website takes me in circles. Is there a phone number to contact?

There is no other way....

 

As to the camera, it's prob out of warranty ( 1 year ) if not def contact Arlo for replacement.

 

Best is to ensure the batteries are installed correctly and do a manual sync to base.

Press the base sync button ( do NOT hold ) and then the camera button while within 3 ft of base...

Hopefully you'll see a slow blue flash to quick blue flash( means it worked
