One of 3 netgear camera vmc 3030 won't connect to base station or reset

hi we have a nether vmb3000 with 3 cameras - VMB3030 - one of the cameras will not connect to base . I have fatry reset the base station twice , deleted the app and reinstalled, tried via computer also... deleted the camera , etc etc to no avail. fresh batteries and so on. 

tried over numerous days, lost hours of my life to this! I also do not think i can reset the camera - it will ultimately flash amber but i believe only once its come to the end of it's cycle of tying to sync with the base - any other ideas to reset the camera if holing sync button doesn't work or how to get this camera to sync with base when the others work fine!

It's possible the camera is faulty but first ensure the batteries are good. Also, when inserting the batteries, don't push  them down in the slots but just let the battery door do the pushing. Try this for syncing - briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it - and then the camera button.
