I have one Arlo camera that lost sync. I tried syncing the camera but all I got were fast amber flashes. Reset the base station and only got 2 green lights, then cycled power on the base and 4 cameras worked but still the one refuses to sync. Nothing but fast flashing amber lights. Earlier in November all of the cameras lost sync and I had to reset the base and do a factory reset and synced all of the cameras no problem. This system is almost a year old and I'm getting tired of the sync problems recurring. Anyone have any ideas or hints?
Thanks in advance for your time.

Take the camera and open the battery door.
Go to SETTINGS for that camera and use REMOVE DEVICE
close battery door
Bring back as if new...sync ( quick push on base sync button, not hold )
Morse is faster than texting!

Been there done that, bought the t-shirt and already lost it. And it still hasn't worked. Thanks for the advice but the standard fixes have not worked for this one camera. And that doesn't count the camera that goes through a set of batteries every week. Arlo support wore me out asking questions and never offered to check the camera for defects, I must have had 15 different interactions with them and they kept asking me the same questions over and over again. All I want is for the product to work as it's supposed to, I hope that I'm not asking for too much.
Thanks in advance for your replies.

When support seems to be asking the same questions or not paying attention, I call them on it and try to force a review. It's worked well so far. I don't get nasty but I am forceful.
A last gasp is to reset the base, remove all devices and start fresh. If that doesn't work, use your case to keep harping until resolved. You don't have to wait for a response but don't send one every hour.
