One camera offline

Have set up 3 camera Arlo system, all fine with 3 cameras working. Did firmware update then approx 2 hours later one camera offline. Power down and it reconnects for 30seconds then offline again, every time. Have removed and re synced sames issue. Swapped batteries same issue?

Other two cameras no problems.

Try opening and closing the battery door to reset the camera.
