Arlo red picture

I have an arlo firmware updated and my picture is red/pink. I tried calling support and waited for nothing and I can't find where to do a ticket online. The website keeps sending me in a circle.

Had that before. Remove batteries wait 20 seconds end reinstall batteries, you may have to do it a couple times. Worked for me

Tried that, didn't work. I even re-synced it and still didn't work. Left the batteries out over night, still nothing.

If the camera is red and you have reset same, contact Netgear Support...
