For several months now, whenever 1 camera's battery dies, all cameras go offline and require an open/close of the battery door to reset.  This is becoming comepletely ridiculous and tedius to get up on a ladder and reset cameras almost monthly because 1 camera dies. Anyone else run into this?

When "offline" what are the base LEDs showing? There's no correlation between a camera needing batteries and others going offline. What have you tried so far? Any error messages?

All LEDs are green. I understand there’s no correlation but it happens every time one camera dies. All other camera also go offline until I reset each one. No error messages. Have tried resetting base station. Nothing works unless I open and close battery doors on cameras and let them re sync.

Check that all firmware is up to date. If so, punt and reset the whole system by removing everything from Settings, My Devices. Claim the basee again and sync the cameras. If that doesn't help, open a case with support here.
