Account was recently updated to Arlo Secure, and all previous on/off settings for select cameras were wiped out.  New dashboard interface is not very intuitive, and unable to recreate these settings.  Call center support was not very supportive...

Are you talking about custom modes?  Or something else?

I guess you would refer to them as "custom" modes.  Before "upgrading", I had the ability to set schedules for individual cameras (e.g., two on at 2200, off at 0600, the other two on 24/7).  Either that is no longer possible, or the interface is really hard to follow.  Don't have any use for the arm/home, arm/away feature - just want to set it and forget it.

Based on YouTube reviews, this is a known issue.  Any help is appreciated.

Either they were custom modes, or they were something else.

This is possible.

You absolutely need those.

You begin by setting up

  1. Arm Away to arm all four cameras
  2. Arm Home to arm all four cameras
  3. Standby to arm the two cameras you want armed all the time.

Details on how to do this (and screen shots of the two schedule automations you need) are here:

All you'll need to change are the times in the two schedule automations.
