Old camaras no longer saving to library - Free one month life time

We bought these cameras many years ago when they came with 1 month (rolling) 10 sec (or about) FREE recording to the cloud (Life Time?). After the last update nothing is being recorded (saved)? How does this get resolved.

Arlo hasn't redacted the 7 day free cloud recording (it was never 1 month btw).  This is just a bug in their cloud.

 

I am tagging the mods - @ShayneS , @JamesC , @BrookeN  - as they should be able to re-sync remotely.
