Old arlo camera will not sync

Had to update to new app and reinstall everything. Original old Arlo cameras will not sync, app cannot find them.  Any suggestions

I see three Ultra camera online, is there a different camera you are referring to?

Yes I have 4 of the original Arlo cameras, and they won’t sync after the app update. So I cannot add or connect them to the hub.

Are you referring to the Arlo Pro or Pro 2? HAve you tried to do a reset on them before adding them to the hub?

Just to add that a reset for these cameras is simply removing the batteries for several seconds and then reinserting them.
