Old Arlo cameras stopped working after recent service/app upgrade.

My old arlo cameras don't appear on the app on its device list even after I successfully synced them to base station(VMB4000) by following sync instructions (pressing base station's sync button and then each camera's sync button and observed theit LED status). It worked well before I upgraded app. Can someone please help? The old original arlo camera is not supported anymore? Or, subscription is required to use camera even for old models? Thanks!

You shouldn't have had to do anything when you migrated your account to the new interface that uses Feed to view recordings. To be clear, you're looking in Devices and not Dashboard, right? If you want to see them on Dashboard you need to add a widget for each camera by using the "+" at the top and choose to add a widget.
