Old Arlo VMS3130 and new arlo app

Hey !

 

I got the old VMS3130  Hub and 5 Arlo HD cameras (it's the first generation... not even pro).  I have always the old app from Arlo where I could check last 24h (to have more than this it was necessary to pay the subscripton). I got in my old phone this old app and was super.

I got a new phone and the new app from Arlo seems not to recognize the VMS3130 hub. Have someone the same issue and some solution for this (that not involve to buy new cameras and Hub?).

Actually you have 7 days of free storage.

Are you using the same username/password for the Arlo app on your new phone as you used before?

 

You shouldn't have to add the hub or camera again - logging into your existing account is all you should need to do.

Hi, thanks for the reply.

 

In Europe is only 24h and not 7 days. I am using since more than 10 years the app. By beginning was 7 days and after sometime they changed to 24h. More than 24h only with subscription.
