No. For this situation, the recommendation would be to have an Arlo Pro base station on a UPS. The Arlo Pro should also have a USB drive attached. This will keep you recording in the even of a loss of power or internet or both, but only to the local USB drive

With the original Arlo base, it's completely cloud based so no internet equals no recordings, even if you still had power
