Notification on phone stopped working

My notification text stopped working as soon as I downloaded the new software ? It is check on each device as well ? Any ideas

Are you set up to use "push" notifications, or are you using the email notifications?

 

Are you using the app?  If so, what version?  Also are you using Android or iOS?
