Nothing pops up on my Mode screen

On my phone nothing pops up on my mode screen.  I can see live and recorded images but nothing in the mode screen.  I want to add another camera and make changes to the ones I have.  I also tried to go on my computer but cannot pass the login screen.  Not sure what I should do.  Suggestions anyone?

It could be  a problem with your app. Try and reinstall it.

If you go here https://arlo.netgear.com you should be able to login using the same credentials as you do with the app.

What do you mean that you can not pass the login screen?

 

When you do get to mode then tap on the name of your base, then tap armed and your list of cameras will come up.
