Hello my Arlo is working. But my base is not working.

Hello I have 3 lights on. I go to my account but the base is not coming up to say it's working.

When you navigate to Settings can you see the base station serial number? If not, navigate to subscription and click "add a base station" and add it back to the account. This must be done from a device on the same network as the base station. It sounds like the base station may have been removed from the account.

Hello, my Arlo account saying getting status. The light for the base is not on in my account.

Hello, I add the base to the account but it's not picking up the base up. The others lights are ok. But base light not coming on.
