Not recording

WIFI is on, cameras are on, but not recording. Tried to get support. Requested a call many times. No help at all. Why is my devices are nor recording? ??

What model cameras?  Anything introduced after 2018 requires a subscription for cloud recording. So check the subscription status.

What mode is the system in?  Test it by putting the system in "Arm Away" mode.

Also, see if you can make a manual recording while livestreaming.
