I forgot my password so I sent a reset link to my email. The email address is correct but I didn't receive the email. I tried multiple times. Nothing in spam box either. 

 

I sent an email to Arlo but no reply over a week. No customer service over phone unless you pay for more expensive subscription that you can't downgrade once you upgrade. 

 

Im getting so frustrated and regretting getting Arlo. It wasn't like this when I purchased it years ago.

 

Please help.
