Not receiving motion detection alerts on Arlo VMC3030

Is this a new installation?

 

If not, were you receiving alerts before?

 

Also, is this just an issue with alerts?  That, is are you seeing recordings in the library?

I've had it for over a yr.
Is I was receiving them with the old app.
Yes I getting recordings, but at times NO alerts

I've logged out and back in.
Unplugged the base.
Restarted the base with the app on my phone.
On top of all that when trying to look at recordings it buffers for a longtime an at times freezes.

Hey Ndnracer,

 

Are you using a custom mode or default "Armed" mode? Try testing on the default "Armed" mode to see if you receive any push notifications.

Have you also tried reinstalling the Arlo app and rebooting your phone device to see if that helps?
