Not getting notifications on one of the cameras today. It works as lights come on.

Hi,
I get notifications on my phone from the app and suddenly today one of my cameras are not giving notifications.
It is working the lights come on so I know that's not the issue. I have removed battery turnd off and on still nothing.
Has anyone had this issue if so how did you fix it?

Hi CWilliams43,

 

Are you using the default "Armed" mode or custom mode? If you're using custom mode, try to delete the mode and re-create the mode again to see if you're receiving push notifications for your camera.
