Not edit option for armed m ode and base station is connected but does not show up in app

So I can see my live videos but there is no recording when there is activity

In the mode option I cannot edit the "armed" mode and in the device settings my two cameras are listed but the base station is not so I cannot remote reset it or anything.

By any chance are you using a guest account? Also, try using both the app and a browser.
