Not able to sync camera

My base station under camera light is green but whenever I try to sync the camera, it goes through the motions but there is no video feed...what is going on???

Bhutia,

 

What is the behavior of the LED on the camera when you try to sync? When you say there is no video feed are you seeing an error message where the cameras live stream feature would normally be seen? Consider replacing the batteries and attempt the sync again to further isolate the issue. Please let us know the results!
