My camera was turned off because of bad weather. Now I cannot log in on my computer to turn camera back on. If I log in on my phone, it still will not let me turn camera on in settings. It just states that camera is disabled. How do I log in on my computer without having to contact support again? This happened about a month ago for same reason.

First, reboot the base. Next, make sure the batteries are good. Is your computer using Kaspersky antivirus? If so, serch here for solutions to allow access to arlo.netgear.com.
