Not able to integrate cameras to a subscription as I have Verisure.

I Have a subscription thorugh Verisure (Danish security company), and now I have 2 essential 2 cameras I would like to get a plan for. I'm told that it is not possible as Verisure only supports the legacy models "Essential 1) and I canot create a new plan in my account for the new cameras because they have locked it.

 

Can you please help solve this issue? (and it is not a solution to create a new account as I will not be able to recieve notifications from 2 accounts on 1 phone)

 

By the way, the support options with Arlo is far from amazing, it is impossible to get support anywhere, might be an idea to improve this area.
