HOW ABOUT SOME SUPPORT !!!!!!!!

 

THIS SITE IS SO COMPLEX AND CONFUSING IT'S MAKING ME CRAZY . I WANT TO CONTACT SOMEONE FROM NETGEAR / ARLO ABOUT MY CAMERA'S RED SCREEN . I'VE CLICKED ON SUPPORT 30 TIMES AND I GET THE SAME GOBBLY USLESS CONFUSION .

 

I JUST WANT TO TALK TO A TECH SO I CAN RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM , IT'S OBVIOUSLY A FAULT IN THE PRODUCT .

 

I NEED SOME CONTACT INFO. I DON'T WANT TO GO THROUGH 100 SCREENS OF USER DATA , ARE YOU TRYING TO OFF LOAD YOU SUPPORT ON YOUR VICTIMS !!!!!!!!!!! WHICH I SEEM TO HAVE BECOME .

Some sites use software that allow a PM directly from the thread. Others, like Lithium here, have you click on the username before presenting you withe a link for PM.
