All three cameras have good battery levels but I can't gain live images on any of them. Is the Arlo server having problems?

No, it seems all well on my end...

 

What are the lights doing on the front of the base?? 

Simple thing to do is power down form base on/off, restart.

I have reason this problem is related to the transfer of ownership if my ISP.  The cameras failed about the same time our local ISP was sold to an out-of-state compnay who probably has changed something in their parameters. They can't get the speed back to to contract I am paying for and now I'm basically down to dial-up connect speeds. I'm waiting to have them "fix" this and I hope that this is the reason I am no longer able to use nor see my Arlo cameras.
