No secure service code

Hi,

Please help! How can I receive the Arlo secure service code? I paid the plan in Nov 2024. The plan will be expired in Nov 2025. And, I have checked the payment receipt, but no this service code.

What do you mean by "service code"?  

The subscription should be shown in your Arlo account, there is no code needed to activate it.

Just saw a screenshot by another poster, which does show a service code entry.  This only applies if you purchase the plan from the retailer - subscriptions you get on-line don't need it.

And if the subscription is active, then you certainly don't need the code (and it is not needed for renewal).
